Great product
I got this for my mom she’s never drove a car let alone a scooter ever. She’s never had a license to do so so she’s always depended on someone else to take her back-and-forth to the store or to the gas station to get coffee, everything. When the scooter was delivered to her house, she cried she loved it immediately, even before we got it put together, although it doesn’t have much legroom, she doesn’t complain. She’s happy that she doesn’t have to ask anyone to take her anywhere. She can get on her scooter and go, the first day she came all the way to my house about 3 miles just because she wanted to get out and in the sunshine , I have no complaints about the scooter. I’m happy with my investment the assembly was pretty easy. I did have to tighten the handlebars up several times before it stopped getting loose , I did have a little trouble getting the battery to sit properly but if you keep working with it and wiggle it around, it will sit. The only thing that I found very odd about. It is the seat so the seat just kind of drops in the hole snd that’s it so if you ever try to lift up on it by the seat, it will pull the seat completely out a place from watching videos. It’s not supposed to be this way But I cannot talk my mom into giving me the scooter back long enough to send it in to get it fixed but maybe it’s not broke maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but to me it doesn’t seem right but I’m not the one that’s riding on it she is and she is happy so I’m happy. Thank you Vive my mom now feels more independent than she ever has.

Regain freedom
After intensive research and comparison wr finally gifted our mom this wheelchair. Arthritis has slowly been limiting her abilities and we wanted to give her some power back. This mobility scooter turns corners sharply and effortlessly. It's spacious get compact to store. It breaks down fairly easy to fit in the trunk. I would like to share that if the handle is unlocked the scooter will not move and you will hear the annoying honk. (Which I'm actually glad is annoying so attention is placed on the user when in need) Also if you go over bumps a little fast the safety mechanism causes the scooter to stop. (Which is a precaution to tilting) The scooter feels sturdy and provides the right amount of space. We are so glad to have made our decision.

Bottom line to heavy for seniors
Battery too heavy and awkward and even without the battery installed the machine is still to heavy foe seniors

Lightweight & Easy to Load
I was planning an upcoming cruise and was going to rent a scooter on the ship because I knew I couldn't do all that walking with the neuropathy in my feet. I had been looking at these on Amazon, because I knew it was only a matter of time before I needed to own my own. Even stores that offer electric scooters have issues. Either there are none available or, they all have dead batteries and or bad sensors. This model does not disappoint. It loads in easily in and out of my Honda Element and slides right in behind my front seats with the back seats folded up. I can load and unload it by myself and I'm a 68-year-old woman. I highly recommend the Honda Element, too. As you can see from the photo, I had a non ADA compliant cabin on the ship and was still able to park my scooter inside it. The doorway was tight, but it fit. I installed a bicycle bell on the basket within easy reach (too small for the handlebar) to warn people on the ship that I was behind them or approaching to prevent anyone from falling over me. It was a big hit and kids loved it. 🙂 This doesn't have the turning radius of store scooters, but I learned to work with it quickly. I find it easier to bungee cord a grocery basket to the back of my scooter at the grocery store, Sam's, Lowe's, etc because I know that I'll have no drama with the scooter stranding me in the back of the store with a loaded cart so always carry an 18" rubber bungee cord. I keep one in the basket. This is not a paid review and I received no discounts or compensation for it. I just love this scooter because it has opened up my world again. I'll be able to go to county fairs and carnivals again that I haven't been able to attend for the last 5 years because my neuropathy has gotten so bad. I could either wait for Medicare to maybe approve one of these, and it may not be this lightweight, or go ahead and pull the trigger and buy it myself. The cost to rent a scooter for my 5-day Cruise was $58 and that led me to pull the trigger on t
